The second year of the Hadracha Course builds on the introductory leadership skills from Hadracha Aleph.

These sessions offer the opportunity to apply the skills learnt in the first year of the course in a more practical sense. Particpants will have the opportunity to simulate an experience as Madrich by leading eachother.

HadSem is a weekend seminar designed for participants of the Hadracha Course, including both Aleph and Bet levels.

 

Taking place over Shabbat, this residential experience offers a blend of learning, skill-building, and leadership development in a fun and engaging setting.

 

Throughout the weekend, participants will engage in a series of interactive workshops, collaborative activities, and discussions focused on enhancing their leadership abilities and honing essential skills.

 

Hadsem is included in the price of the Hadracha course.

The Hadracha course includes a CPD Accredited Level 2 Safeguarding qualification.

The qualification is recognised as part of Continuing Professional Development (CPD), helping to contribute to your ongoing education and career advancement.

​

This will undoubatley enhance your resume by showing potential employers that you have a certified understanding of safeguarding, which is crucial in many sectors, such as education, healthcare, and social services.

The Kedma Campaign is a special activist programme exclusively available to our Hadracha Bet cohort.

​

Participants will have the opportunity to design and execute their own activist campaign focused on a Jewish-related cause.

The programme will allow the group to select a cause they care about, fundraise, plan the campaign, and then experience a Shabbaton in a European destination. During this time, they will volunteer and actively carry out their campaign.

In previous years, campaigns have taken place in cities such as Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Israel.
