The main component of the Hadracha Course is regular local sessions, each week centred on a different theme of leadership.

The sessions are a fantastic opportunity to be trained by some of our highest quality madrichim, who have a wealth of leadership experience.

 

Participants can also socialise with old and new friends and make bonds that last a lifetime.

HadSem is a weekend seminar designed for participants of the Hadracha Course, including both Aleph and Bet levels.

 

Taking place over Shabbat, this residential experience offers a blend of learning, skill-building, and leadership development in a fun and engaging setting.

 

Throughout the weekend, participants will engage in a series of interactive workshops, collaborative activities, and discussions focused on enhancing their leadership abilities and honing essential skills.

 

Hadsem is included in the price of the Hadracha course.

The Hadracha course includes a CPD Accredited Level 1 Introduction qualification.

The qualification is recognised as part of Continuing Professional Development (CPD), helping to contribute to your ongoing education and career advancement.
